The Ritz Carlton of Naples' Life-Sized Gingerbread House

10:20 AM, Aug 28, 2018

For over 25 years, during the holidays, The Ritz-Carlton of Naples has housed a life-size gingerbread home in their lobby.

It takes 1,000 hours of labor to decorate and construct: 1,200 gingerbread bricks, 240 lbs of sugar and 60,000 pieces of candy.

Unfortunately, you can’t touch or eat it, but photos are encouraged. You can view this candy cabin tradition for free through New Year’s Day. It’s always open.
