Fishermen’s Village Punta Gorda

Every year, over 100,000 local, national and international visitors come to the open-air mall and marina known as Fishermen’s Village in Punta Gorda. Formerly a dock which was used to support the ice packing and fish packing business in 1800 is now home to over 38 business, boat tours, waterfront restaurants even vacation rentals.

The interlaced wooden architecture, the breeze and salt-laced mist off the waters of Charlotte Harbor gives you on the Florida feels as you stroll through one of Punta Gorda’s top destinations. You’ll find something for history lovers, foodies, shoppers and those of who love the sweeter things; there’s even a dry beach!

FIshermen’s village supports local artists, providing storefronts for them to display and sell their work…and an outdoor stage of sorts where shoppers and diners can enjoy music and live entertainment during their visit.
