To register go online to RegisterToVoteFlorida.Gov or mail-in your voter registration application post marked by October 9th. For procrastinators, be aware that it is a 11:59 p.m. hard deadline. In order to register you must be a citizen of the United States, a legal resident of Florida and 18-years-old.

What is the deadline to vote by mail in Florida?
If you are voting by mail, the deadline to ask for a ballot to be mailed is 5 p.m. Wednesday, October 31st. Stopping by your local Supervisor of Elections Office is also an option. Vote-by-mail ballots must be received no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day.
