Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and we’ve got some easy vegan substitutes for the holiday’s most popular dishes!
1. Swap milk for almond milk.
2. Swap butter for oil — but use 3/4 of the amount of butter called for.
3. Swap turkey for cauliflower by cooking the cauliflower in the oven for an hour and basting with oil halfway through.
4. Swap eggs for flax seeds by mixing half ground flax with half warm water. One tablespoon equals one egg.
5. Swap chicken broth for vegetable broth.
