Suspected Murderer Lois Riess Could be Coming Back to Florida

Lois Riess could be coming back to Lee County to face charges. She faces charges of second-degree murder, ID theft, grand theft and grand theft auto.

The 56-year-old from Minnesota is suspected of murdering 59-year-old Pamela Hutchinson in Fort Myers Beach in early April. She also faces charges in Minnesota in connection with her husband’s death in March.

She was arrested in a restaurant in South Padre Island, Texas last week. She signed an extradition waiver Monday in a Texas court.
