Florida’s toll-way system, SunPass, is still down after three weeks of maintenance.
Maintenance was only supposed to last for seven days.
But 15 days later you still can’t get access to your account online, which means you can’t replenish your SunPass.
SunPass is waiving late fees until the system is up and running again.
Florida Department of Transportation is expecting toll charges to be posted by the end of the week.
Reportedly, SunPass sent out an email to customers explaining that Sunpass “continues to experience delays in processing tolls due to an extended system outage.”
