Fourth of July Fireworks Deals And Safety Tips

The 4th of July is approaching fast. And Phantom Fireworks in Fort Myers is preparing hard.

“It is. It’s mentally and physically exhausting,” said Danny Billec, the store manager.

You should be prepared too. You don’t want to blow any fingers off enjoying the fireworks.

“First and foremost, you need water. You need a water source. Never let children handle fireworks. Do not use alcohol,” explained Billec.

It’s mostly common sense. Billec is also reminding fireworks users to keep the right distance when releasing fireworks.

“When you’re using fountains, you have to have the audience about 30-40 feet away,” he said.

“When you’re doing a keg or reloadable shell, you should be about 140, 150 feet away from that viewing area,” he continued.

If you’re wondering where to go to get those fireworks:

“We have sparklers, we have novelties, Roman candles, bottle rockets, fire crackers, fountains, reloadable shell kits,” said Billec.

There are deals all over Lee County.

“The big deal we have is everything is buy one, get two free,” said Billec.

That’s what Phantom Fireworks is offering.

Sky King is offering buy one, get two free on all fire works as well.

And American Fireworks is offering buy one, get one free on all fire works.

So load up if you wish and happy Fourth of July.
