Kendrick Darian Hubbell was placed under arrest for loitering and prowling and with the help of the victim/witness, probable cause was developed to also charge Hubbell with burglary of a conveyance and grand theft.
On April 21st, 2018 at approximately 12:45 a.m. a victim caught a man inside his parked truck at the 4800 block of Vincennes Street. The man fled, and the victim discovered $175 in cash and $300 in electronics had been taken. The man could not be located, and a police report was completed.
The following day at approximately 12:20 a.m. the victim saw the same man wearing the same clothes in the Club Square parking lot attempting to gain entry to other vehicles. Cape Coral Police officers responded and found Hubbell attempting to conceal himself in the entryway of a closed business.
A CCPD detective working the bar district notified officers that Hubbell was the suspect in several other burglaries in his current caseload, and Hubbell was charged with those also.
