We go together like milk and cookies.
This weekend, take the family to see one of the top lights display in SWFL, enjoy some of the top classics music has to offer, grab a gift for a local senior and end the weekend with …dare I say it? Cookies.

Saturday, Dec. 16th. 7 – 10 p.m. Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center. 2301 First Street. Fort Myers.
Nothing says Florida Christmas like a boat parade. Saturday, Dec. 16th. 4 p.m. – 10 p.m. Four Freedoms Park. 4818 Tarpon Ct. Cape Coral.
I’m hungry just writing this. This Sunday, Millennial Brewing Co. is hosting a Christmas Cookie Workshop with pastry chef, Lexie, of Sweetified, who will walk you through step-by-step through the process of baking & design. Get there and you’ll walk away with recipes and 10 decorated cookies! $45. Sunday, Dec. 17. 6 – 8 p.m. Millennial Brewing Co. 1811 Royal Palm Ave. Downtown Fort Myers.
Many seniors in our area are spending the holidays alone. Meals on Wheels & Community Cooperative are working hard to ensure that those who are spending it alone are at least not hungry nor without a gift. They’re collecting items through their Adopt-A-Senior campaign. All of these items can be found while you’re out doing your normal holiday shopping. It’s so easy and you can rock someone’s Christmas.
