Here are some fun things to do this weekend June 15-17, happening around Southwest Florida.
SWFL Space Con is Saturday and Sunday at the Lee Civic Center starting at 9 a.m. They will have all kinds of games, food trucks, celebrity meet and greets and costume contests with cool prizes. It’s $10 entry fee, but you get a discount if you show up in a costume.
Longnecks for Longnecks is this Saturday night from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. at South Street Grill in Naples. For every longneck beer sold, they will donate a dollar to giraffe conservation. If beer isn’t your thing, you can still help the giraffes by visiting the Naples Zoo on Saturday and participating in World Giraffe Day.
SUNDAY (Father’s Day):
IMAG History and Science Center is FREE for Dad’s from 12 p..m – 5 p.m.
Sun Splash Waterpark has free entry for dads from 10am – 5pm on Saturday and Sunday with purchase of a kids ticket.
Shell Factory is having a Father’s Day Cookout from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. with FREE admission and zip line for dads. There’s also free mini golf for the whole family.
Scotty’s Bierwerks is giving a free pint to dads from noon until 10 p.m.
Caloosahatchee Jack is hosting a car, truck, motorcycle show starting at 9 a.m. and is open to the public.
LYNQ is giving a free burger and beer to dads who join them between 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
