Here are some events happening around Southwest Florida for the weekend of June 8-10.
This event marks the start of Summerfest with Collier County Sheriff’s Office. Located at Sun-N-Fun Lagoon in Naples, the event is from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Admission is free and anyone is welcome.
Lee County Homeless Coalition is hosting a fundraiser event Saturday from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. This event includes unlimited rounds of mini-golf, unlimited rounds of 9-hole short course and unlimited buckets of golf balls at the driving range. On top of all that, there will be games and prizes, a 50/50 raffle and an open golf clinic with a PGA Pro. Tickets are $25 Adults ($30 at the door) and $15 for children ($20 at the door).
FREE yoga, but not just any old yoga… this is Acro Yoga. A mix of acrobatics and yoga. Don’t freak out, you don’t have to be an expert to go. They welcome people with any experience level. If you want to bring a partner, GREAT. If not, that’s fine too. If you’re interested stop by the Estero Community Park at 5 p.m. this Sunday.
Cars, trucks and motorcycles! Cape Coral’s annual Car/Truck/Motorcycle show is this Sunday from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. It’s free to the public. There will be fun for the whole family. Maybe you have a cool car you want to show off? Vehicle registration is $5.
Do you have a toddler? Sky Zone in Fort Myers is having an event where you can bring your child age seven or younger to meet Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! A great time for you and your child to be active and bounce around. If they can walk, they can jump! This is a great opportunity for toddlers to have some fun without the interference of the big kids. The cost is $12.99 and one free adult.
