Swamp Cabbage Festival Brings Heritage to LaBelle

Every year, thousands gather in LaBelle for the Swamp Cabbage Festival. But what exactly is swamp cabbage? We asked vendors and festival-goers about the mysterious food used in everything from fritters to cupcakes.
