  Places like New York City, Chicago, and parts of California have them. A Culinary Accelerator is a business incubator to take your thoughts and ideas to the next level. They provide the space, hardware, and even some of the resources to get a food business off the ground running.

Strike-Force County

A Strike-Force County is a USDA program which helps regions affected by high poverty. Rural communities grab an economic foothold, and the Naples area has been named a Strike-Force County. Now Immokalee will have their very own state-of-the-art kitchen for those who receive a membership.

So break out grandma’s cookie recipe; because I am waiting to start eating.
