Farm to Table at Purple Spoon Culinary

The term farm to table has been around for a long time, and that is what is happening here.

Chef Kristina San Filippo of Purple Spoon Culinary in Bonita Springs is turning SWFL into a food mecca. On Wednesdays, they hold a market from 3-6pm where you can buy everything from meats to produce to herbs, and it is all grown locally.

If you pay attention to quality, you will be rewarded with a taste that will linger in your mind for life.
