Fat shaming and muscle shaming are two forms of bullying that occur everywhere across the world, but there may hope for those in SWFL.
As women, we are subliminally told by society what our bodies should look like. We’re hinted we can only wear high-waist jeans if we have a hanging belly, or not to expose our shoulders if we lift free-weights higher than 20 pounds.
